What is the first step in the remodeling process?
Standard production is next business day. So your order will ship the next business day. If ordered before 12pm Noon EST you can opt to have them shipped the same day, additional charges apply. Orders placed after 5pm EST will process the following day and ship the day after that.

Any discounts for bulk orders?
Unlike most DTF printers we do offer bulk discounts based on order size and total monthly volume. Here is an overview of the bulk discounts:
Up to 40 square feet – $3.25/sqft
40-100 square feet – $3.00/sqft
100+ square feet – $2.89/sqft
What if my order is wrong?
If we made a mistake we will promptly fix it. We can not refund or rerun orders due to bad artwork, wrong order info, or delays with the shipping companies. We are a wholesale DTF printing company. That means our customers are responsible for suppling usable print ready artwork.

How do you ship?
That depends on the size of your order. For smaller orders we ship with USPS and for larger orders we ship with UPS. Once your order is complete you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information.
